The raw material for the production of the wood pellets is white sawdust, which is produced during the manufacture of all our ante wood products. The bark-free chips are processed directly into high-quality HD pellets without intermediate transport and stored on site.
The convenient location of the ante sites in the centre of Germany ensures a fast and comprehensive supply of pellets ex works.

In 2023, as one of the market leaders in the wood pellets segment, our ante Group took over the pellet production plant in Empfingen as part of our expansion. The additional production capacity of currently 80,000 tonnes increases the Group's total output in the wood pellets segment to over 600,000 tonnes.
The pellet plant, which is located in the district of Freudenstadt and has direct transport links to the A81 motorway, opens up the market segment in the greater Stuttgart area, the Black Forest, the Lake Constance region and neighbouring Switzerland and France.
